WOW!

Sorry for the delay...i've been working on this post for almost a week.

All that we can say is WOW! This was one of the best shows we've ever participated in. We love this world, this magical, wonderful, antique lovin' world...what an honor it has been to be in the company of such fabulous, creative, and just down-right NICE women and artisans!

The wonderful customers waited 1-1/2 hrs, in the rain, and some driving 200-400 miles just to attend. WOW! Like martha from http://www.vintagetrifles.blogspot.com/, she won the award for best shopping cart!

These are our booth partners...Lynette and Carrie of 'garden girl'. What a pleasure it was to share space with them - and also lynette's 'honey' - what a trooper he was, dealing with 5 women and always with a smile on his face. Someone does have a photo of him taking a quick 5 in the back of lynettes truck.

Here are some pic's of our space...it was crammed to the hilt. If we had a ladder that was tall enough, we would have stacked it to the rafters. Teri from the Farm Chicks visited with us on Sunday and let us know that 3600+ came through the gate on saturday. And believe me, people were packed shoulder to shoulder, but there was not a crabby person in the house!

Saturday afternoon around 5:00 we completely re-arranged and brought in new inventory. Thankfully we brought a huge trailer so we had plenty of goodies to refresh! We decided on the way home Sunday night (after delivering a piece of furniture) that next year we would need a bigger space!

Unfortunatley, we only have pic's of our space, we didn't really get to wander around until sunday. But we did get to visit with some old friends and made some new. Bari J had the most awesome handbags and came all the way from San Francisco, what a sweatheart! http://barij.typepad.com/my_weblog/. Rebecca of peace within-loved visiting with her and puchased some great t's and sweatshirts http://www.peacewithincda.com/, we've had the previous pleasure of being guests at willow nest with cindy of tarte, she always has such a wonderful space, and is so talented, http://queenoftarte.blogspot.com/, also aunti joy...who is a hoot and half...and who couldn't be doll who's name is aunti joy?! (we hauled a too-cute cabinet back to Yakima for Kims sister in law)http://antiejoy.blogspot.com/, isabel and lisa..what sweeties, we've not seen them for at least a year and you'd think we were old friends! http://www.isabellang.blogspot.com/. New friend 'Diva Deb' was a kick to visit with and full of personality, we might have something special coming along in the future...will keep you posted! http://decodivadebi.blogspot.com/.

I know i've left someone out...but the brian has not kicked back in yet.
Thanks to everyone who supported us, you're awesome!
